I believe that with greater knowledge, the potential for understanding and the capacity for change become possible.
Through therapy, meaningful and lasting changes can occur related to improving relationships, making desired lifestyle or behavioral changes, and reducing symptoms of depression or anxiety, as well as personal growth. My practice is devoted toward working with clients to help them better understand why they behave and feel the way they do and to achieve their personal goals.
